We named this sauce after the city in Louisiana that is home to the world's largest strawberry festival. There's something simply sublime about the pairing of cayenne and strawberry. 

Mild, tangy, and packed with oak-barrel-fermented cayenne flavor, this sauce uses only 4 ingredients: vinegar, cayenne, organic strawberry, and salt.

This classic Louisiana-style sauce has twice the flavor and 1/3 the salt of big brands like Frank’s.
